Liturgical Environment Committee
Our main purpose is to create a unifying experience of worship, warmth, fellowship and prayer. A harmonious environment can enhance the religious expression of worship and engage the congregation in more meaningful prayer. Committee members should possess artistic gifts relating to visual arts, floral and liturgical design. Knowledge of the church calendar year is also very important. The ability to climb steps and carry items used for decorating is also a must. We meet teh last Monday morning of the month 1 to 2 hours decorating plus cleaning up. Christmas and Easter seasons usually take much longer. The time commitment is 1 year. The Christmas and Easter seasons are done on a volunteer basis.
